Key Job Responsibilities:-
Doing HLD & LLD and doing development of complex modules independently
• Exposure to Requirements gathering and bridging gaps
• Deep expertise in OOAD and various programming constructs
• Hands on expertise on J2EE architecture (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, Hibernate,Spring) and technical mentorship to junior staff
• Implementation expertise of design patterns, UML, RUP methodologies
• Good analytical skills and problem solving skills and willingness to learn new domains and technologies and stay hands on.
• Understand the business problem (implicit and explicit requirements) and develop high quality solution working while working as a great team player.
• Contribute as both in individual capacity as well as mentor junior team members. Ensure that the solution implements best practices applicable.
• Excellent Communications skills (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
• Onsite work exposure
• Leading small modules in large complex applications
• Carrying out performance tuning of complex business application
• Hands on experience on all SDLC phases
